Beyond Humans Challenge

Here's my entry for the Beyond Humans Challenge - Environment design.

"Due to the global earth warming followed by decades of rain, earth is now entirely under the seas. The poorest part of the population had to adapt to this new life, gathered in slums built with the few things left buy the flood. The only technological things on this vast ocean are water treatment factories, mainly intended to be send on flying station where the upper class is living."
